PROJECT DESCRIPTION
"Phishing Prevention: Protecting Data & Identity" is a learning experience that helps professionals know how to recognize various types of phishing attempts and how to protect themselves and their companies against these cyber threats.
CHALLENGE
In this digital age, many corporations have experienced the negative effects of phishing. The results of a phishing attack can be detrimental as it can lead to data breaches, financial losses, and damage employee morale.
SOLUTION
Using Rise 360, I created a learning experience which takes the learner through a series of phishing attempts to help them understand the common signs of phishing and how to identify them. The learner is presented with various real world examples and is guided through the process of how to protect themselves from phishing attacks. As a result, the learner will be better equipped at recognizing and protecting themselves, as well as their company, from phishing.
STORYBOARD
With the mockups reviewed and finalized, I created a storyboard including screen by screen narrative text, visuals and interactive elements and functions.

RESULTS
Creating a learning course with real world examples and application helps to add interest and motivation to support the objectives of the course rather than simply presenting information for the user to read. By the end of the course, I believe the learner will be able to successfully recognize various types of complex phishing attempts and protect themselves and their company from phishing attacks.
