CHALLENGE

SOLUTION

The solution to the problem was to create an instructor-led training where participants would learn through discussion and interaction. The training would focus on determining the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, understanding the benefits of having a growth mindset, and the strategies to build a growth mindset.
